DEVA'S production is centred on vertical and horizontal ovens. The supporting structures are made of steel tubes with external insulating coating that resist high temperatures. The internal chambers are coated with ceramic fibre. The lamps area allows for an easy access and quick maintenance. Short-wave, fast/ medium-wave and medium-wave lamps are used. The power control systems are managed via PLC and SCR units with phase angle or crossing area. The power control panels are included with the machines for a faster installation.
Deva studies a customised solution for every client. The demands for this type of ovens begin even in the circuit board industry. The ovens made of steel tubes featuring panels with external coating of anti-acid painted sheets, are mounted on adjustable feet or wheels for better handling. The roller / belt conveyor is made of kevlar or stainless metal mesh. Power reaches 80 kW. Width is between 300 and 2000 cm. Electrical installation fitted on an easy to open drawer or a separate cabinet.
